1. Calming Chamomile and Vanilla Body Scrub
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp dried chamomile buds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp olive oil
Combine vanilla and sugar until well mixed. Add the chamomile buds, crushing them slightly between your fingers.
Stir in the olive oil, the honey, and mix until evenly combined. Gently massage on the body and scrub with circular motions. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
